Pastor Jim Baughman

Pastor Jim Baughman has been the pastor at Bethel Baptist Church since 2003 and has been in ministry since 1993. After graduating from Faith Baptist Bible College in Pastoral Studies.

Pastor Jim and his family are very active in the Pierceton community, volunteering at the fire department, little league, and library. Pastor Jim is one of the biggest kids of the church family and enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities and sports. More than anything, he enjoys spending time with Elaine, his children, and his grandchildren. Pastor Jim truly has a heart for the Lord as well as for people.

"After beginning my career as a mechanic, God called me to preach in October of 1988. I met Elaine while studying for the ministry at Faith Baptist Bible College in Iowa. We have been privileged to serve the Lord here for many years pouring out our heart into this community.  God has been so good to choose to bless us."
